Technical Workshop on Data Collection for SDG Land Indicators

The purpose of the workshop was introduce and discuss with National Statistical Offices (NSO) the IAEG-SDGs approved methodology for measuring indicators 1.4.2 and 5.a.1; data sources, and the feasibility of its adaption in countries for effective monitoring and reporting on SDGs. The workshop brings together NSO officials responsible for the survey design, management, and reporting on the SDGs including land indicators and representatives of other data contributing agencies, statisticians and supporting partners.
