Established in 1980, the Arab Urban Development Institute (AUDI) has grown to encompass more than 650 member cities across 22 Arab countries.
As a regional non-governmental, non-for-profit organization, AUDI serves as an advisory institution concerned with the work aspects of Arab municipalities. Committed toward supporting municipalities and cities in the Arab region, AUDI actively addresses the urban development challenges facing municipalities through providing impactful policy research, training programs and through instigating a culture of collaboration and collective learning.
AUDI stands as a player in the urban development domain through enhancing the knowledge sharing and facilitation between cities, municipalities, universities, and regional and international organizations.
