Job Summary: The Director, LCWLR provides strategic leadership and oversight for the Landesa Center for Women’s Land Rights. The Director ensures strong collaboration on projects under other Landesa programs and the LCWLR; represents Landesa to external partners, donors, and government officials; and oversees the training and development of programs targeting internal and external supporters of women’s land rights.
