In 2018, the UNGA dissolved the UNH GC and replaced it with the UN-Habitat Assembly, a universal body composed of the 193 member states of the UN and convenes every four years.
The first session of the UN-Habitat Assembly took place from 27 – 31 May 2019. This will be the second session of the UN-Habitat Assembly.
