The Ministry of Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development, Uganda in partnership with Makerere University will handover Certificates of Customary Ownership (CCOs) to 4,000s small-scale farmers in Kitumba subcounty, Kabale District.
The ceremony will be presided over by the Prime Minister of Uganda, the Rt. Hon Robinah Nabbanja.
