The Global Land Tool Network, University of East London, Huairou Commission, and Namibia University of Science and Technology have organised an EGM on gender strategy and youth participation on land rights.
The expected outcomes of the EGM are as follows:
1. Alignment of the GLTN Gender Strategy 2018-2030 (GGS) with the GLTN Phase IV programme: stocktaking of GGS achievements in Phase III and recommending steps forward based on lessons learnt
2. Evaluation of the GLTN country level Gender and Youth tools implementation (led by NUST) including the inputs from validation.
3. Design of 2023 workplan and forward planning to ensure GGS implementation is in line with ongoing actions (for Phase IV)
4. Consultations and planning for youth responsive land strategies for Phase IV.
The EGM will be held at University Square Stratford, University of East London, UK.
