The Urban Institute (for Training and Studies) is an academic Research institution affiliated to the National Housing and Building Research Center of the Government of Arab Republic of Egypt.
The Urban Institute has a quasi-private not for profit unit that implements technical cooperation and consultancy projects with various international, regional and national institutions.
The Urban Institute has four focus areas of studies, training and capacity building to support its partnerships:
1. Innovations in sustainable Urban Development;
2. Sustainable Cities and Climate change Action;
3. The Urban Sustainability Solutions Accelerator; and
4. Real estate, land and city Economy.
