The tool, which will include a training package, will respond to the needs of developing countries and will be linked to additional tools for country level implementation. The initiative will explore how land use planning processes and products can be used to improve tenure security. A Consultative Workshop bringing together GLTN partners and experts to review the Land Use Planning tool and training package is scheduled for 25-26 September 2014 at GIZ’s International Training Centre in Feldafing, Germany.
