NRC: Housing, Land and Property Rights of Displaced and Conflict - Affected Communities in Eastern Ukraine
Based on research conducted by NRC´s ICLA programme in Ukraine, the paper highlights to a range of shelter and housing, land and property (HLP) challenges. These require urgent attention to prevent further deterioration in conditions for the four million conflict-affected people in Eastern Ukraine, including at least 1.5. million IDPs.
