This publication serves as an additional tool that complements the 'Guidelines for Impact Evaluation of Land Tenure and Governance Interventions' published in 2019. Users of this “How to” Guide should also read and understand the original 'Guidelines for Impact Evaluation of Land Tenure and Governance Interventions'. Both of these publications are a product of a joint partnership between IFAD, GLTN and UN-Habitat, and in consultation with the Global Donor Working Group on Land (GDWGL), to improve access to tools needed to evaluate land tenure and governance interventions.
