The joint conference will feature technical sessions, pre-conference tutorials, exhibitions, and technical & social visits. You are cordially invited to share your recent works and experiences with others by presenting your technical papers.
All geoinformation related professionals, researchers, and students are encouraged to present and share their works at the upcoming international conference.
Call for Papers
This 5-in-1 conference encourages paper submissions in various aspects of geospatial domains especially within the scope of LADM, 3D Land Administration, FIG Commission 7 – UN-GGIM Framework for Effective Land Administration (FELA), Fit-for-Purpose Land Administration (FFPLA), Women’s Access to Land (and administration), FIG Commission 5 – Standards, Quality Assurance and Calibration, 3D Reference Frames, Vertical Reference Frames, GNSS, Multi-Sensor-Systems, Cost Effective Positioning, Land administration Education, Digitally Integrated Land Administration (tenure) and Management (land use planning), Comparative Land Administration (and the future of the Cadastral Template).
The conference also covers Geomatics, Cadaster, Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing, Real Estate, Valuation Information, Spatial Planning, 3D City Modelling, Digital Twins, Geospatial Science & Artificial Intelligence (AI). Other related disciplines within geospatial domain including Mapping Sciences, Hydrography, and Oceanography are also encouraged.

The 2026 5th International Land Management Conference will highlight work that engages with and yields insight on the political economy of land governance under 4 interrelated themes:

Theme 4: Changing approaches to the economics and financing of land governance

Training on Land governance and sustainable urban development, IUTC, Korea
This training, hosted by UN-Habitat and the International Urban Training Centre (IUTC) in collaboration with Gangwon State, Republic of Korea, is designed for land governance practitioners from the Asia-Pacific region, offering a hands-on approach to planning and implementing sustainable land governance strategies.
The programme will combine theoretical insights with practical exercises. Participants will explore both quantitative and qualitative methods, work with tools and templates, and engage in interactive group discussions that include the development of presentations.
The content will be tailored to the backgrounds and contexts of the participating cities and countries, accommodating a diverse mix of city teams.
The overall goal of this training is to equip urban practitioners with the knowledge, skills, and perspectives needed to promote responsible land governance as a foundation for sustainable urban development in Asia-Pacific cities.

Workshop: Building Capacity and Collaborative Approaches for Effective Land Administration

A Fit-for-Purpose Land Administration (FFPLA) approach offers a pragmatic and efficient solution for effective land administration which is crucial for achieving secure tenure, sustainable development, and economic growth.
This workshop on 27th November 2025 will provide a critical platform for land administration experts, policymakers, and practitioners to address the systemic gaps related to a shortage of skilled personnel, outdated institutional structures, and fragmented efforts across various governmental, non-governmental, and private sectors.
The workshop seeks to initiate a focused conversation on designing targeted capacity development programs and establishing resilient collaborative frameworks that can accelerate the adoption and upscaling of FFPLA principles globally.
It will address capacity gaps and promote multi-stakeholder collaboration for effective land administration. It aims to assess current deficits, explore successful collaborative models and formulate actionable capacity-building strategies, in creating an enabling environment for sustainable FFPLA implementation.
This workshop targets land administration professionals, policymakers, government officials, academics, civil society organisations, development partners, and students interested in land governance, institutional reform, and human resource development.
